Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Destination Hair Extensions account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
From the app
- Open the Destination Hair Extensions app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
By email
Email hello@destinationhairextensions.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.
What happens next
- We confirm your request and settle any open orders first.
- We delete your account, your contact details, your saved app settings and the devices registered for app alerts, and we stop any back-in-stock alerts.
- Order, payment and tax records are kept only for as long as the law and our accounting require.
- Your client book in the app is stored only on your own phone. It is never sent to us. Deleting the app removes it.
