The Omni-Fusion™ 3-in-1 Thermal Tool is designed around our keratin bond extension collection. Its three interchangeable heads let you place full, half, and micro bonds with one tool, matching the bond size to the section and the client in your chair. This guide covers setup, use, care, and the safety instructions that came with your tool.

Notice · Before you attach
Connect tool side R to head R and tool side L to head L. Reversed connections may not work and can damage the tool.
Choosing Your Head
Each head is built for a different bond, so you can move between placements mid-install without switching tools.
- Small fits half bonds and Micro K-Tips, made for the hairline and part line, where bonds need to disappear.
- Medium and Large fit standard and half-cut K-Tips for the body of the install, through the back where density lives.
How to Use
- Attach the head. Small fits half bonds and Micro K-Tips. Medium and Large fit standard and half-cut K-Tips. Check the R and L markings before connecting.
- Plug in and set to 200°C (392°F). Allow 60 seconds to reach full heat.
- Press the tip against the keratin bond on a section of hair for 3 to 5 seconds.
- Tap, wrap, and roll to secure the bond. Repeat for all bonds.
- Turn off and unplug the tool when finished.
Care
- Wipe the heating plates with a microfiber towel before and after installs. The non-stick coated tips shed keratin instead of collecting it, so a quick wipe is all it takes.
- Rest the tool on a heat-resistant surface whenever it is on.
- Wipe off residue and let the tool cool completely before storing.

The tool is electrically live even when switched off. To reduce the risk of electric shock:
- Never use near water or while bathing or showering.
- Turn off and unplug the tool when not in use.
- Store in a safe, dry place away from children and pets.
Warning
To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or injury:
- Never leave the tool unattended while plugged in.
- Do not touch the heating element until fully cooled.
- Do not use if the tool, cord, or plug is damaged.
- Do not wrap the cord around the tool or use an extension cord.
- Do not use outdoors, near aerosol sprays, or where oxygen is administered.
